How Versto handles data

This page summarizes what information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and where cookies fit into that process.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit through contact forms, project intake flows, account creation, scheduling, and client operations inside the platform. That can include business details, booking requirements, contact information, uploaded assets, and support history.

How information is used

We use data to deliver services, manage implementation work, secure accounts, respond to support or security issues, and improve product reliability. We do not enable optional site analytics until you opt in through the cookie controls.

Cookies and measurement

Essential cookies support sign-in, security, session continuity, and remembering your consent choice. Optional measurement cookies are used only after you accept them. That optional category can include first-party visitor analytics, Vercel performance analytics, and Google tag or Google Ads measurement. More detail is available in the cookie policy.

Google also publishes information about how it uses data from sites and apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Retention and U.S. privacy requests

We retain information for as long as needed to provide contracted services, support active engagements, meet legal obligations, and maintain operational records. Depending on the U.S. state law that applies to your interaction with Versto, you may also have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or appeal certain processing decisions, and to opt out of some optional processing. Privacy or deletion requests can be sent to hello@versto.io.

If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, Versto treats it as a request to keep optional measurement cookies off while that signal is active.
